The mast head is once again obscured by the cover person (Amy Winehouse) suggesting that the magazine is already known for its conventionality. It is also quite amusing as the cover person is known for her outrageously big hair, so on this cover she does cover nearly the whole name of the magazine.
The name of the magazine relates to the subheading as they are both light blue this suggests that this is the main story. Also the fact that she is the cover girl proves this.
The image is in contrast with background and the text as the background is white any Amy is wearing black making her stand out which is famously known for.
